- Defined the UX architecture and end-to-end workflows for Appsatile’s no-code platform, covering navigation (Lots & Panels), UI building, data modeling, filtering logic, and the website builder. Created detailed user stories, system diagrams, and documentation that turned complex platform logic into simple tools and aligned design, product, and engineering. Strengthened product strategy through deep competitive research and developed the design-system versioning and design→dev release framework.
- Built a full design system with tokens, responsive grids, typography rules, component classifications (Atoms → Modules), and detailed behaviour specifications for panels, nav bars, and core UI sections.
- Produced engineer-ready documentation for component behaviour, responsive states, precedence rules, and cross-platform consistency (Figma → Storybook → Code).
- Created information architecture and UX flows for complex modules such as custom Views, page nesting, field creation, and builder configuration tools.
- Completed competitor workflow audits (e.g. Bubble, Retool) and generational process mapping to inform builder UX.
Product Designer
- Conducted a full UX audit and redesign of Plant360.ai, an AI platform that converts brownfield P&IDs into smart, digital-twin-ready data with 60%+ efficiency gains and >90% accuracy.
- Reworked project/job IA, multi-step digitisation flow and human-in-the-loop annotation UX (modes, warnings, text editing, action bar, filters), reducing cognitive load and making complex engineering workflows more discoverable.
- Partnered with founders and engineers to align product UI and customer-facing collateral (screens, brochures, expo poster) around a clear “Digitize → Collaborate → Report → Digital Twin” story for enterprise buyers.
User Experience Designer
Biopticon
- Decomposed a legacy pre-clinical oncology desktop app (TumorManager) into end-to-end user stories and feature matrices covering protocol design, tumor/animal/compound info, randomisation, dosing, imaging, observations, fate, task scheduling and results/reporting, with clear acceptance criteria and role-based permissions.
- Designed the UX and IA for a modular Tumor Management System (TumorManager, device manager, TMARS analytics web app, tablet-first data entry) spanning Windows, web and future mobile deployments, aligned with scientific standards and lab workflows.
- Collaborated with the Princeton-based founder and engineering team on product and infrastructure decisions, including cloud database migration (AWS RDS), demo/training modes and multi-deployment patterns (on-prem, customer-cloud, Biopticon-cloud), tying technical constraints back to safe, error-resistant user experiences.
ElasticRun
- Redesigned the internal Station Operations web platform used across ElasticRun’s rural logistics network. Analysed end-to-end workflows for sales, stock and shipment management, restructured the information architecture, and introduced clearer dashboards, consistent interaction patterns and streamlined data-entry flows. Improved operator efficiency by reducing cognitive load, surfacing priority actions, and unifying fragmented tools into a coherent experience.
Render Imagination
- Designed the end-to-end UX for a cloud VFX studio platform managing AWS workstations, storage, render farms and licensing, creating a clear IA and role-based workflows for artists, producers and tech admins. Translated highly technical requirements—identity, AMI lifecycle, security, cost metrics—into intuitive user journeys and dashboards. Informed the product roadmap through deep competitive analysis of Nimble Studio, Arch and similar platforms, defining opportunities around flexibility, visibility and cost control.
